AAEP Annual Convention — Call for Papers

Submission deadline: March 1, 2027 (annual deadline)
How to apply: Submit scientific, how-to, review, business, or abstract papers via the AbstractScorecard portal. AAEP members can request a mentor to help first-time authors.
Good to know: Accepted authors receive complimentary registration plus an honorarium. Confirm the exact convention year and dates on aaep.org before submitting.

This list favors national and regional conferences that welcome veterinary technician speakers, not just DVM-only tracks.
State associations (like NDVTA above) are often low-competition, high-welcome venues for a first speaking credit.
